Waited around but you couldn't get back on. I was
just going to say that although flexibility is good for
buying a ticket.. it probably is easier to actually
find a bargain or discount ticket if you have a
certain period you'd like to fly and then have
flexibility (few days before and after) to travel.

Have you tried kayak.com?
It can find low fares for variety of discount
ticketing sites or directly from the airlines?

I'll check on my own and see what I can find - if it's
helpful.. what airport do you need to fly to? I think
you told me but I can't recall if it's Dublin or
Shannon or another one (I don't think it was Belfast
in Northern Ireland).

Another is looking for a cheap fare to London,
Manchester, or Glasgow/Ediburgh and then using a
domestic or discount carrier to fly over to Ireland.

My cousin's husband is visiting Tokyo (for just 2
days) so we're meetin him tonight for dinner - so I
might have get the chance to use email until you've
already woken and gone to school.

you here? i'm gonna send a message to ur phone too. i'm home, saw my psycho today. he's really into hearing about my sexlife which kinda pisses me off so i feel like making stuff up to tell him that's really creepy or something. ummm, school was ok, kinda rainy here and blah outside. throat is still sore but i feel good and i'm going to the basement to work out unless you sign on. I MISS YOU and it was awseome talking to you. so, ok...gonna send a note to your phone. i hope i'm not like waking you up!!! its weird isnt' it!!! time...LOL... um I have no clue what I'm saying. YOU DID GET BACK ONLINE... so we taked about what Tim
and I had chatted about, and also about meeting your
father (Daniel) this summer (either you fly to Ireland
or he might come to Philly).
I suggested the idea of giving you a free mileage
award ticket, but as we realized there could / would
be some problems to overcome with that...
1) besides the WHO GAVE YOU THIS TICKET?
there are some others..
2) It has be to a United or Star Alliance (United
Airlines partners.. such a British Midland, Lufthansa,
SAS, Swiss Airlines, etc)
3) These free tickets are booked up fast (especially
on popular dates and to popular destinations - so I
can be sure it would be avialable when you want it or
for the dates you want to (or can ) travel.
Still... I'll keep looking into it.. since it might
mean you DON'T get to go if you don't have a free
ticket. Another way may be to sell my free ticket to
somebody for cash .. which YOU can use on another
airline..
Like you can tell your mom and Any that you found
the cash on the bus coming home from school.. or in a
gully or someone under the Ben Franklin Bridge... that
would be funny, wouldn't it? It does happen.

In case, you don't get back online tonight (your is
after 10pm - 11:11am here).. I will write you an
email.
I was just going to say when you left, then I am very
PROUD of you.. no because I think you made some wise
choices. 1) going to a rave with Jason (he seems to be
a cool but responsible guy so I'm glad he's the one
who introduced you.)
2) You dealt with the groper guy who was bothering you
on the dance floor very well.. first - firm but not
rudely, but then with actions that made it clear you
MEANT no. Fortunately, he finally got your message.

3) You realized the 'rave' is sort of cool but in some
ways is about something you DO like and maybe you
DON'T like.. you got the experience. You said you
loved the dancing but you aren't crazy about that
style of dance music.
You also found out that there are some potential
hassles or risks.. like the temptation to get high
(freely available stimulants/drugs, people who hassle
you, and the problem of staying out late and the
consequences that makes for your later.

4) You turned down the temptation to get high. It was
wise espeically since you DON'T really know what those
pills are... and you influenced Tim (took then from
his hand) to not take them.

5) You decided to come home before midnight and not
risk upsetting Mom and Andy.


So awesome time and without any regrets...

I am not just praising you for being 'good' and I am
