It almost goes without saying:  get a bunch of friendly guys together who are bound by similar contraints and limits (social presssures of the military or other group consciousness), add just the right amount of alcohol, give them some free time, and look what you've got. It's almost always a recipe for getting loud, rowdy, randy, and - then - of course -- naked. Invariably, men in groups are drawn to expressing themselves through 'skinship' - nudity as a form of basic communication.
